When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase and will be shipped the next day after the processing day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your product. If the shipping address is within the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

 

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars and related customs duties may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
